Changing Times

The real estate market in South Florida is ever changing.  Even our buying criteria changes on a weekly basis based on what our buyers are requesting.  This year was a good year for us, and we had a lot of diversity in our deals.  From flipping a $20k houses in Miami, to a 32 unit apartment building in Titusville, selling a 72 unit apartment building in Opa Locka, to renovating and selling a beautiful home in Cooper City each deal was very different from the next.  

Next year, 2012, should prove to be an even more diverse year.  We constantly are meeting and working with new buyers who are working on shoe string budget as well as the clients that only look at deals that are in the millions of dollars and everyone in between.  Our vast experience helps us work on all types of properties.  Ultimately, it boils down to how low can a buyer pay for a deal versus what they can sell it for or rent it for.
