It's a rewarding business!
As we drive around around looking a new potential deals, we get a chance to reflect on the benefits of our business. Angelo just drove by a home we renovated earlier this year in Plantation. When we bought it, it was the eyesore of the block and had many code violations. We totally renovated it and sold to a nice family with in days of putting it back on the market. So many people benefited from this one transaction- The bank that sold it to us, the real estate agents, the contractors, the city, the stores who supplied the materials and new furnishings, plus the over all neighborhood'd value was increased. Angelo noticed how beautifully the home was decorated with Christmas decorations. It really brings us a warm feeling to know that we had a part in the new owners lives.
